Private Pay Families
All private payments are due in full one week before the first day of class. If the balance $500 or more, you may be approved for a payment plan. You can pay online through our registration system or by check. No, reminder notices are not sent out and the parent is responsible for ensuring timely payments.
A payment plan can be requested for balances greater than $500. To request a payment plan, please contact the office manager at firstname.lastname@example.org. The total balance will be split into 4 or 5 payments. Payment plans will be set up as Automatic Payments to be billed to the primary credit card on file on the 1st or 15th of each month. 25% of the total amount must be paid before the first day of class.
Please note: Accounts must be in good standing in order to request a payment plan. Payment plans must be arranged before August 1st.
Any returned checks or declined cards payments are subject to a $25 late fee.
We do not prorate class fees under any circumstances.
