Charter School Funds and Private Pay
There is a $125 registration fee per student, per year. Your student’s registration is only complete after you have you paid your registration fee. Purchase orders for charter school funds must be received no later than 2 weeks before classes begin.
Charter Funds
Fall Semester: Please submit funds (ECs) for the entire 14-weeks amount for Sep- Dec or Aug-Dec (depending on start date of classes)
Spring Semester: Please submit funds (ECs) for the entire 14-weeks January – MayIf you are paying with charter school instructional funds, please make sure Joobilo has your current charter school on file.
Charter School PO Payment
August 5, 2024: Fall purchase orders must be submitted to your school in time for us to receive them by August 19th. Your class will be dropped if not received by this date.
January 3rd, 2025: Spring purchase orders must be submitted to your school in time for us to receive them by January 6th. Your class will be dropped if not received by this date.
Students may not attend classes if a PO has not yet been received unless the class is paid for privately. Also, If the PO does not cover the full amount of the class, the parent must pay the remaining balance.
Please follow the requests below for your specific charter school:

1st Semester: Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec
Example:
- Vendor: Joobilo
- Class: Logic History
- Cost: $250 per semester ($250/4=$62.50 per month)
- Date: Month of September2nd Semester: Jan, Feb, March, April, and May
Example:
- Vendor: Joobilo
- Class: Logic History
- Cost: $250 per semester ($250/5= $50.00 per month)
- Date: Month of January
Please submit (2 or 3) POs for all quarterly (7 week) classes.
1st Semester: Sept and Oct and/or Nov and Dec
Example:
- Sewing and Design $175 per quarter.
- Billed as $87.50 per month
2nd Semester: Jan., Feb., and March and/or March, April, and May
Example:
- Sewing and Design $175 per quarter.
- Billed: March $58.33, April $58.33, May $58.34
Note: Depending on the price of the class, POs may not split into equal payments. These examples are just examples, POs should be dated to the months in each semester.
PRORATION
We do not prorate class fees under any circumstances.
Private Pay
All private payments are due two weeks before the first day of class. Private payment amounts of $500 or less are due in full. You can pay online through our registration system or by check. You will not receive reminder notices.
Payment Plan:
- For balances greater than $500, you may pay in full or pay in 4-payments. Families have a two week period following the enrollment date to request a payment plan. After two weeks, a plan cannot be guaranteed and the balance will be required to be paid in full by the drop date. Payment plans will be set up as Automatic Payments to be billed to the primary credit card on file on the 1st or 15th of each month.
- Please note: Accounts must be in good standing in order to request a payment plan.
- Please email classes@joobilo.com to arrange this method of paying.
Late Fee/Returned Check Fee: A $25 late/return fee will be automatically added to any payments not made by the due dates above or returned to us.
Class Refund & Drop Policy:

All drop requests must be made by the parent/s directly, all other sources will not be accepted.

At the time of dropping, your Credit Card will be billed for the remaining balance of all classes.

No refunds will be offered for any classes dropped after the drop date.

The annual $70.00 registration fee is non-refundable or transferable.

If for any reason your charter school cancels your PO, you will be responsible for any remaining amount not paid and the card on file will be charged 15 days after invoiced.

Community Time and Omni Policy
Due to the nature of this program, July 15th is the last day to drop Community Time or an Omni class. After this date please reference the table below for refund status.

Cancellations
If any class/es are canceled by Joobilo, class fees will be refunded.
Student Removal
No refunds will be given for classes if your student is removed by the charter school, parent, or Joobilo. All remaining class fees must still be paid (by charter or privately). Once the final bill is established, the parents will receive an invoice, and the parent’s credit card on file will be charged the balance.
Special Note
Joobilo has designed a detailed plan for in-person and online classes. Please know that we desire to keep our classes in-person but will follow the guidelines of the CDC and State Health recommendation, therefore we can not guarantee what the school year will look like but we are fully committed to seeing it through.
