Drop and Refund Policy

Registration is for both the Fall and Spring semesters of the current academic year. Students enrolled in the Fall Semester will be automatically enrolled in the Spring Semester.

Families must drop by the drop date to not incur a fee.  All drop requests must be made by the parent directly. All other requests will not be accepted. 

No refunds will be offered for any classes dropped after the drop date. Families will receive an invoice for any outstanding balances and the primary card on file will be charged.

If Joobilo cancels a class for any reason, class fees will be refunded. If your charter school cancels your purchase orders for any reason, you will be responsible for any outstanding balances. You will receive an invoice before being charged.

Joobilo reserves the right to remove a student from the program if the student and/or family have difficulty following program policies. No refunds will be given for classes if your student is removed by Joobilo. All remaining class fees must still be paid (by charter funds or privately).

Due to the nature of this program, July 15th is the last day to drop Community Time or an Omni class. After this date please reference the table below for refund status.
