If you are paying with charter school instructional funds, please make sure Joobilo has your current charter school on file. It is the responsibility of the parent to submit the purchase order/s to the charter.
Parents can easily track purchase orders received by Joobilo by downloading the Joobilo App and logging into the Parent Portal. All PO’s are trackable in real time.
August 9th, 2021: Fall purchase orders must be submitted to your school in time for us to receive them by August 19th. If your purchase order is not received by this date, your class will be subject to being dropped.
December 27th, 2021: Spring purchase orders must be submitted to your school in time for us to receive them by January 3rd. If your purchase order is not received by this date, your class will be subject to being dropped.
Students may not attend classes if a PO has not yet been received unless the class is paid for privately. If the PO does not cover the full amount of the class, the parent is expected to pay the remaining balance before the first day of class.

Joobilo is an approved vendor for: Cabrillo Point, Citrus Springs, Blue Ridge Academy, Empire Springs, Epic, Excel, Golden Valley, Granite Mountain, Pacific Coast Academy, iLEAD, River Springs, Sage Oak, and Sky Mountain.
